Jan Wild

janJan Wild, founder and president of TRITON (Formerly STEP) is visionary who has an overwhelming passion for helping organizations and individuals reach their potential.
As a results-oriented, performance based individual, Jan was successful in designing and implementing strategic plans and business processes in high-tech, high-growth, and start-up situations. Having more than 20 years of sales and marketing management experience, he has created many key business systems and improvement strategies designed to assist individuals and organizations achieve greater performance and corporate and personal success. He has introduced solutions to increase business efficiency and infrastructure development, and formulated organizational growth through business acquisitions and formidable exit plans.

Jan previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for an energy company where he recruited, trained, and managed teams for internal call centers, channel markets, and outside sales initiatives. In just three years, Jan led the company from 11 employees, $15,000,000 in revenue, and 15,000 customers, to 150 employees, $200,000,000 in revenue, and over 100,000 customers. While at the helm of the sales and marketing department, he positioned the company as one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing private companies in America in 2010. The company ranked number 2 out of all energy marketers in America; number 553 of all companies in all industries in America; number 16 of all companies of all industries in South Florida; selected as top 50 of mid-sized companies to work for in South Florida (Florida Trend); and was selected 12th Best company to work for in 2010 (South Florida Business Journal).

Prior to his success in the energy industry, Jan was a licensed real estate business broker where he assisted in the preparation and the analysis of the business to acquisition candidates, formed solutions for business owners in the design and implementation of an exit plan, analyzed business processes, financials and tax issues, created collateral to enhance the marketability of the business, and assisted in the negotiation between buyer, seller and legal counsel. Jan also acted as a liaison between franchiser and franchisee to expedite the procurement process.

Robert Wild

Rob WildRob Wild, founder and owner of Sales Without Overhead, Inc., joined forces with TRITON as their Vice President of New Business Development. With over 10 years of sales, marketing, management, call center operations, relationship marketing and personal development experience, Rob brings to the table a very strong understanding, and versatile approach to transitioning both individuals and organizations toward achieving higher levels of success.

A recognized leader known for crafting strategic visions to achieve both business and personal goals, Rob offers a new blend of business acumen, team building, and business solutions development credited with a strong ROI and operational improvement at TRITON. Since joining TRITON, Rob has built a responsive organization that consistently delivers results by aligning training initiatives with business goals creating substantial improvement to service delivery and business/systems performance.

Prior to his engagement with TRITON, Rob founded SWO, an organization created to carry out his vision of assisting troubled business professionals and organizations in achieving their goals without the occurrence of unnecessary expenses. He is a strong supporter of various community chamber of commerce groups, and networking organizations. Outside the realm of business, Rob is a Nationally Certified and State Licensed Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician. With his passion for helping people, Rob devotes much of his spare time to charitable events and non-profit endeavors including the completion of a Walt Disney World sponsored marathon (26.2 miles) to raise money and awareness for the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America.

Ron Rubens

Ron R.Rubens is a Senior-level Sales Management Executive with diverse experience in competitive industries and leading companies to unprecedented growth.  He has a proven excellence in driving Sales Performance, Business Development Initiatives, Client Satisfaction, Revenue Assurance, Infrastructure Development and Process Improvement Initiatives with strong technology and financial capabilities. He is an entrepreneur and innovator with broad leadership expertise within start-up, rapid growth situations and turnaround challenges.

Rubens’ career started as a technical sales engineer in the 90’s which lead to his promotion to Sales Manager. Over the following two years Rubens surpassed his personal quota, ranking top team leader within the sales force. In 1998, Rubens left to start Intense School, an information technology and certification training company. Under Mr. Rubens’ leadership, Intense School grew to a team of over 50 people, achieving over $18 million in sales. Despite the IT bubble burst, Intense School remained profitable. In 2004 Mr. Rubens sold his shares to begin his next successful enterprise. Shortly thereafter, Rubens combined his favorite hobby with his formal business training, creating the well-known “World Poker Tour Boot Camp.” The WPT Boot Camp consisted of a high end training program for the poker enthusiast, performing camps all around the world. After 7 years of working the professional poker industry’s top talent and following over 400 successful events worldwide, Rubens sold his shares to begin his latest venture. Applying over twenty years of entrepreneurship, Rubens joined longtime friend Jan Wild at Triton Theory.  “Triton Theory’s course content, assessments tests, and team make a great fit for me to help business people” says Rubens.

Marsha Freedman

Marsha is currently an adjunct professor at Broward College, Nova Southeastern University, and Barry University, where she helps students develop the skills and confidence they need to stand out in a competitive workplace. In her spare time, Marsha enjoys working out at the gym, meeting new people at networking events, and getting involved in the American Cancer Society.

Sharon Sabga

Sharon is distinguished by her passion for entrepreneurship and human relations.  She is most fulfilled when helping people grow professionally & helping them identify hidden talents they may draw on. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships has lead to long term solutions and success.

Sharon began her career in college with a major in Psychology and a minor in dance. She did extensive research in social psychology on social identity theory, self concept, conflict resolution & motivation. In graduate school she continued, studying Clinical Social Work & Social Psychology and currently planning to study Industrial Organizational Psychology.

In 2006, she became an entrepreneur, founding Destination Dance, a non-competitive dance conservatory out of the lack of non-competitive schools in the area.  She has successfully prepared many young dancers for their professional careers without the harsh discipline that causes so many young dancers to quit; drawing on her passion for the importance of encouragement coexisting with the demands a competitive sport can bring.

Sharon has focused on collaborative team-building while remaining committed to meeting customer and market demands. Her contagious enthusiasm instills her and her team members with extraordinary energy and dedication in an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.

Building on these successes, Sharon’s intention is to achieve more.  Currently, Sharon’s passion for entrepreneurship has steered her toward seeking out & recognizing those same entrepreneurial traits in others. As Director of Recruitment and Selection for The Striano Financial Group from 2011 to 2013, Sharon was responsible for building & maintaining the culture in the Network Office in Boca Raton while overseeing the recruitment efforts of the 7 other district offices.

Sharon appreciates that people hire people, not resumes. Companies are not just looking for a set of qualifications that match a job description. To ensure a complete match, her assessment process is extensive.  Drawing on her psychology expertise to dig deep in order to find out who candidates and companies are and what they are actually looking for versus what the say or think they are looking for, what pains them and what means the most to them.  She believes we are a sum of all our choices. The clearer one’s vision is, then the more aligned one’s actions will be in doing what it takes to achieve that vision.

Donna L. Horkey

Donna Horkey, M.S., PHR, has an extensive background in the areas of training and people development. Her experience includes more than six years as Director of Personnel for a Fortune 100 insurance company. She started her consulting practice in 1988. She has provided sexual harassment training to thousands of people, including attorneys from highly regarded national and regional firms, as well as the State Attorney’s office. Harassment and discrimination services have been utilized by organizations with 10-10,000 employees, in service, manufacturing, and high-tech businesses. Donna has worked on cases in which accused harassers were entry-level personnel, managers, vice presidents, and presidents of companies. She is effective at interviewing and counseling people at all levels of an organization.

Donna has received numerous awards such as Outstanding Leadership Award, Plantation Chamber of Commerce, Chapter President of the Year Award, HR Florida-SHRM, Hall of Fame Award, HR Association of Broward County, Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award, Nova Southeastern University, etc.

Donna has areas of expertise in sexual harassment/discrimination consulting services including investigation, expert witness, counseling and assessment, and training.

She has education in a Master of Science, Human Resource Management, from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, from Eckerd College. She is also certified in Accredited Professional in Human Resources, Certificate in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), and Clark Wilson Certified Management Coach.
